As a partner appointed by insurance companies and businesses, we intervene in the context of losses to determine their causes and assess the resulting damages.

Residential Losses
We analyse and assess losses affecting residential properties: fires, water damage, leaks, cracks, subsidence, construction defects, or waterproofing failures.
We also estimate rebuild values and conduct counter-expertises in the event of disputes.
Construction & Industrial Losses
We intervene under RC or TRC policies on industrial, logistics, or tertiary sites to assess technical losses such as machinery fires, short circuits, equipment failures, damage to stock or technical premises, and business interruption.
High Voltage & Network Losses
We handle losses affecting sensitive electrical infrastructures such as transformers, high-voltage substations, or underground cables.
Our experts analyse the causes of incidents, validate technical reports, and prepare reports in compliance with applicable standards, in coordination with operators and insurers.
Railway Losses
Our firm has specific expertise in losses affecting railway or tramway infrastructures.
We intervene in cases involving signalling malfunctions, rail incidents, damage to rolling stock, and damage to civil engineering structures (bridges, tunnels, or platforms), in cooperation with operators and technical authorities.
Fire Losses
We conduct cause investigations, loss assessment, and determination of responsibilities, in full compliance with technical and insurance protocols.
